Ideal for instantly preparing stock, to be used when baking meat in the oven and for preparing sauces and gravies for various dishes. The granular form helps reduce waste and unwanted leftovers, optimising the work of the Chef in the kitchen. It is also used instead of cream as a thickener. The brown stock is supplied in the 500 gram Catering version it does not contain animal fats or added preservatives. Contains glutens.
